Terms of Service
These terms govern creation, publication and verification of profiles on URLs VAULT.
The service
The service publishes customizable pages that organize links to external websites. Access keys are private credentials. You are responsible for keeping your key secure and for all changes made with it.
Your content and sole responsibility
You are solely responsible for every name, image, description, link and external destination you publish, including its legality, accuracy, age suitability, licenses, consent and compliance with third-party platform rules. The service stores the link page but does not host, control, sponsor or endorse content found at external destinations. You agree to handle claims arising from your content and not to present the service operator as its publisher or promoter.
Adult or sensitive links
The creator is solely responsible for deciding whether a destination must be marked +18 sensitive, for enabling that warning and for complying with every applicable age, consent and content rule. The warning is only a user-selected notice; the service does not review, certify or assume responsibility for the destination. The service does not host adult material. Links involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual material or other illegal content are prohibited.
No routine content review
To respect creator privacy, the service does not routinely inspect profiles or open external links. A review may occur only after a report or complaint, at the creator's request, during a requested verification, for a concrete technical or security reason, when there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegality or danger, or when required by law. This policy does not create a duty to monitor every profile or guarantee that every violation will be detected.
Verification
The verification fee covers identity confirmation and reasonable corrected resubmissions until the information can be confirmed or the applicant chooses to stop. The ID is compared with the applicant's legal name and face; the selfie note is compared with the profile URL and two social-network URLs already published on that profile. A badge may later be removed if information is false, control changes, impersonation occurs or the profile violates these terms. Identification and selfie files are permanently deleted when verification is completed or the request is closed, except when relevant evidence must be preserved for suspected fraud, crime, exploitation, immediate safety or legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Reports, investigation and authorities
When a report, verification application or specific incident provides a reasonable basis to suspect forged identification, fraud, exploitation, unlawful content, threats or immediate danger, the operator may pause or remove a profile, preserve relevant records, reject or revoke verification, notify emergency services or law enforcement, and cooperate with a lawful investigation. The operator may take these steps without first notifying the affected user when notice could create risk, destroy evidence or violate law.
Payments
Payments may be completed through PayPal or another external hosted payment provider selected by the operator. That provider's terms also apply to the transaction. Any payment dispute, duplicate payment or refund request should be reported promptly with the payment reference. Do not send payment credentials through the profile or verification forms.
External websites
Profile links lead to third-party websites that this service does not own or control. A sensitive-content warning is informational. You open external destinations at your own discretion and subject to their terms and policies.
Availability and enforcement
The service may change, suspend or discontinue features, revoke compromised keys, hide pages or remove content when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or enforcement. Reasonable care is used, but uninterrupted availability and specific search or social-platform placement are not guaranteed.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and the operator is not responsible for third-party content, external transactions, lost audience, ranking changes or indirect losses caused by use of external links.
